located in Blowing Rock is now “Pat’s Almost
World Famous Cheeseburger Grille". The original
owner Patrick Hennessey decided to return to the
restaurant business and bring Pat’s
Cheeseburgers back to Blowing Rock with his
delicious, made to order, cheeseburgers with sizes
ranging from ¼ lb to a pound that we call “The
