Howdy to all our loyal friends who have been asking about the status of Tweetsie Railroad.
Due to the substantial impact of Hurricane Helene on our area, Tweetsie Railroad will be temporarily closed as we focus on cleanup and repairs. A re-opening date has not been determined.
Electrical power has not been restored to the park, therefore all ticket sales have been paused. Those who have pre-purchased tickets can email tickets@tweetsie.com to request exchanges and refunds.
This is a difficult time for our community, and we truly appreciate your support and understanding. We look forward to welcoming everyone back once our local residents and businesses are on the mend. Thank you for your patience and kindness!
P.S. To all those concerned: The animals in Deer Park Zoo are all healthy and doing well!
It’s scary fun for the whole family! Enjoy ghastly attractions, including Ghost Train rides, the Haunted House, and the Freaky Forest, available only for Ghost Train hours. Separate park admission from daytime hours, with Ghost Train fun from 7:30 to 11:30pm. Advance tickets recommended; a limited number of guests will be admitted nightly. Friday and Saturday nights September 20 – October 26.
