The Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation and Waypoint Adventure are partnering to offer adaptive kayak training for individuals with physical or mental disabilities at Price Lake, milepost 297 on the Blue Ridge Parkway
Enjoy the scenic views of the Blue Ridge as you challenge yourself with a climb up Wonderland Trail Road along side other Blue Ridge Conservancy supporters. Run the 3.1 miles as fast as you can knowing that sticky buns, coffee, and even beer await as you cross the finish line.

The familiar "Tweet, tweet!" of Tweetsie Railroad's historic narrow-gauge steam locomotives will be heard throughout the Blue Ridge Mountains once again when Tweetsie opens its doors for the 2024 season. Featuring a family-friendly Wild West Adventure for children of all ages.

Come join us in Memorial Park on Saturday, April 12, at 10:00AM sharp! There will be three different age groups, so look for the signage in our park.
Take a daily, short, guided stroll at 1 PM that highlights Grandfather Mountain’s rhododendron species and blooms. Included with admission.
The Twilight Hike version will include a hike after sunset to discuss and look for the creatures that are more active after the sun goes down. The group will explore a unique forest ecosystem from top to bottom in search of salamanders, owls, flying squirrels, fireflies and any other creatures they might come across.
