DESCRIPTION:“Music on the Lawn” at The Inn at Ragged Gardens has become a much beloved outdoor concert series. Held each Friday from May through September (weather permitting)\, the event draws locals and visitors alike. It has grown in popularity over the years and attendance in the hundreds can be expected. A different band is featured every week and performances are from 5:30 until 8:30. A cash bar and lawn menu are available. \nThere is no charge for the concerts and guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair and arrive early to secure a spot on the lawn. DESCRIPTION:This family friendly event has free admission. Expect to find live music from over 25 bands at 7 different stages\, an art vendor market with over 60 vendors\, 3 locations for beverages\, and food\, a kid zone\, silent disco\, and activities for all ages! \nOn Friday\, June 20 at 1:00 pm\, the event will kick off festivities. Beer will be available for purchase. Saturday’s activities start at noon and go all day with the final concert ending around 8 pm. The party can continue from 8:30 pm into the night with a silent disco at the North Depot Street Stage\, featuring three different DJ streams. With North Depot Street\, South Depot Street\, and part of Howard Street being closed for the festival\, you’ll be able to freely walk around to the stages\, food and artist vendors\, and other activities with ease! \nWe look forward to seeing you at Boonerang Music & Arts Festival! Decades later\, the rest\, as they say\, is history. \nWade was the presenter of the worldwide hit television series\, “River Monsters.” His book of the same name (Orion\, 2012) delivers a sometimes jaw-dropping blend of adventure\, natural history\, legend and detective work. It reads like a hunt for the Loch Ness Monster\, but it’s all true! His book “How to Think Like a Fish” (W&N\, 2019) teaches the reader how to improve their own fishing skills. Sparse on the details of technique\, it is about the simple\, fundamental principles – a mindset for success.
