Are you planning to spend your Christmas or New Year holidays in Blowing Rock? The Christmas week is a great time for family celebration. Go skiing or ice skating at Appalachian Ski Mountain, enjoy small town charm in the village, stay in a unique inn or cabin, and take in the crisp winter air and scenes.

The holiday does affect dining hours! Tips for dining over the holidays

  1. Call ahead to confirm hours! Most restaurants alter their usual hours on holidays.
  2. Make reservations where possible.
