Historical Movie Screening by Blowing Rock Civic Association

On Tuesday, July 26^th, the Blowing Rock Civic Association will host its second Summer Session at the American Legion building at 4:30 PM.  The program will be the first public viewing of the historical videos produced by BRCA in partnership with the Blowing Rock Historical Society.  The videos are narrated on location throughout Blowing Rock by Dr. Barry Buxton, author of the award-winning book, “A Village Tapestry.”  Both his writing talent and his love of our beautiful village are apparent throughout these videos that are filled with wonderful historic pictures and entertaining stories.
