Vice Admiral, Sean Pybus, will speak. He is USN retired, and a former Commander of U.S. Navy Seals. He is highly decorated, and has served with distinction in Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. All are invited to attend. The Blowing Rock Memorial Day program is sponsored by Blowing Rock American Legion Post 256 with the assistance of the Blowing Rock Civic Association.
