Support the Blowing Rock Community Library Association on November 29 from 11am-2pm. There will be a hot chocolate Story Time for kids at approximately 11:00am after the parade. There will also be a hand craft and quilt sale to support the Library!
A highlight of Blowing Rock WinterFest, presented by Hendrick Automotive, the Polar Bear Plunge is guaranteed to be a chillingly good time! Jumpers raise money for local non-profits by dressing up and taking a dive into Chetola's lake.

Guests can sample a variety of flavorful chili recipes, vote for their favorites, and enjoy live entertainment and festive winter activities.
