Casting Bread Food Pantry and Cafe is hosting their annual Ducky Regatta. With bounce houses, face painting, local vendors, and a Duckling Race down the New River, it's fun for the whole family!
Annual event at the Bolick & Traditions Pottery studio, about 4 miles south of their gallery shop on Main Street in Blowing Rock. Be present at 10 am to watch them unload the groundhog-style wood kiln. Wood-fired items are highly collectible!

Celebrate July 4th with a day of family fun at Tweetsie Railroad, and the High Country’s most spectacular fireworks display. The park will remain open until 9:00 pm and fireworks begin at 9:30 pm.
The best small-town holiday parade around! Come early for the parade and enjoy the festive atmosphere in town for the afternoon with games and music in Memorial Park!
Children Ages 2-8 and their parents are welcome to join us for stories, rhymes and fun! This event is free and open to the public.
