From downtown trick-or-treating to the famous Monster March, this is among the best Halloween events for kids of ALL ages. Memorial Park, located right in the middle of downtown, is the center for all the fun!
Head on over to the field next to Blowing Rock Elementary School for their Fall Festival. Bring a blanket and some chairs and get comfy! They will have great food options, carnival games, face painting, silent auctions, and more!

Your High Country Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America will conduct a 18th Annual Veterans Day Commemoration at the Boone Mall. The ceremony will include participation of the Watauga Community Band offering a prelude concert commencing at 10:30. At 11:00, Watauga High School Marine Corps JROTC Color Guard will present the Colors.
