A bird’s eye view over Blowing Rock shows a lot of green left to shift at this elevation (around 3500-3800 feet). A few trees in this view have dropped leaves prematurely, possibly due to warm temperatures, but you can see that there is a lot of foliage left to put on a display in the coming days.
