While peak color for Blowing Rock’s elevation is still some time away, there are plenty of pops of color around town. Particularly on maple trees. Here, the maples in front of Rhoddie Bicycle Outfitters on Sunset Drive are showing scarlet against bright green. What a beautiful Sunday to be out around town; the weather certainly warmed up from the crisp temperatures of last week.
