The views from The Blowing Rock Attraction will only get more vibrant in the coming days. The foliage color has started to move down the ridges to lower elevations. This week, view areas like The Blowing Rock and Blue Ridge Parkway overlooks will be the best place to enjoy autumn color. Rich colors can still be found on the Blue Ridge Parkway. In fact, one of the prettiest drives in the area is the section of Blue Ridge Parkway between Blowing Rock and Deep Gap. The trees along the roadway are incredibly vibrant in many spots, and the overlooks offer views of growing color in the valleys below.
