Fall blooms abound in Blowing Rock’s gardens! While the autumn foliage is the star of the season, not all the color is found on the trees. From blushing hydrangeas to delicate anemones, rosy sedums to fluffy grasses, the garden beds along Main Street are overflowing with lavender, gold, mauve, and more.

You may know that our town has an excellent Parks & Recreation department with incredible groundskeepers. But we also have a Garden Club full of green-thumbed gardening enthusiasts. The Memorial Garden that stretches in front of Memorial Park is the work of the Blowing Rock Garden Club, and it has a different look for each season. Along with the Town gardens in front of Town Hall, the long walk of blooms makes an impression on everyone who passes by!
